Returns & Refunds
We strive to make the process simple and fair. Read the terms below before initiating a return
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days.
- Parts must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the mistake is ours.
- Refunds may include a 25% restocking fee.
- Special-order items & installation-damaged items are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Marketplace Purchases
If purchased via eBay, Car-Part, or other marketplaces — contact us first before filing a dispute. It is faster and helps avoid delays.
Core Charges
Cores must be:
- Returned within 30 days,
- Fluids drained,
- Complete and matching.
